What is the difference between the AeroPress Clear and the AeroPress Original? The AeroPress Clear uses the same breakthrough technology as the AeroPress Original. Create American, espresso style, latte or cold brew coffee tailored to your taste in 1-2 minutes. What makes the AeroPress Clear different? It is made from Tritan™, which has the clear appearance of glass but not its fragility. The AeroPress Original is tinted grey and is made from polypropylene, which is cloudier in appearance.

Inverted method:
The “inverted method” can cause the coffee maker to be less stable and prone to mishaps that expose the user to potential burns from hot liquid. Be advised that we strongly discourage using the inverted method because it is less stable and therefore prone to tipping over and exposing the user to hot liquid.
Where are the items in this bundle manufactured? They are manufactured in the USA. AeroPress was founded by inventor Alan Adler, who created the very first prototype in his garage in Palo Alto, California. While a significant portion of our product line continues to be manufactured in the United States, some products are manufactured overseas driven by consideration of materials, assembly, cost and order quantity thresholds. All AeroPress products continue to be conceived and designed in the USA.
How does the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap work? The AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap's valve doesn't open until users begin pressing. Once it has begun to peel away from the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap, the paper filter will be easy to tap out into the trash.
Do I need to use a filter with the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap?Yes, you must use a Standard size filter with the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap. You can use an AeroPress Paper Micro-Filter, an AeroPress metal filter (either the AeroPress Stainless Steel Filter or the Gold Tone Super Fine Filter), or both at once to create a variety of delicious flavor profiles.
